The Westin Sendai

A perfect stay for us. The best thing is the view over Sendai, as the Westin is one of the highest buildings in the city. The staff was always very friendly and tried to satisfy all our wishes. Breakfast is magnificent, you have so much choice for the price. We speak a little Japanese but compared to other places in the area, the staff was very competent communicating in English. We will stay here again if we come back to Sendai.

The most outstanding part of your hotel is your staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and helpful. A Special THANK YOU to the front desk staff, Mr. Tanaka and Mr. Noriz (spelling may be incorrect), who went out of their way to help me find an interpreter for documents I needed to complete my family registry for my mother. Mr. Tanaka was so helpful and diligent in getting some names/phone numbers. Thank you Front Desk Staff!

No leaks in the shower door. You can always evaluate the quality of a hotel by its shower. A great hotel has taken care of the details, down to things like not a drop of water escapes the glass shower room.

in breakfast, it is better for the staff to seek customer's preference of table location, e.g. if by window or not once they allocate the tables

The location is excellent and stone throw away from both Sendai Station and the morning market. The staffs are very helpful and friendly especially Yuki who has extended his help to call to locate my ipad.
