It was a beautiful hotel and we also got the deluxe room so it was very spacious. The view was absolutely stunning. We did not get the breakfast since we usually don't have breakfast.

The most outstanding part of your hotel is your staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and helpful. A Special THANK YOU to the front desk staff, Mr. Tanaka and Mr. Noriz (spelling may be incorrect), who went out of their way to help me find an interpreter for documents I needed to complete my family registry for my mother. Mr. Tanaka was so helpful and diligent in getting some names/phone numbers. Thank you Front Desk Staff!

Good location near Sendai station and a short walk to Ichibancho. Excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Very good breakfast although i appreciate more Western food. Very good location including free parking if u have a car Nice room with Espresso coffee machine.

No leaks in the shower door. You can always evaluate the quality of a hotel by its shower. A great hotel has taken care of the details, down to things like not a drop of water escapes the glass shower room.

in breakfast, it is better for the staff to seek customer's preference of table location, e.g. if by window or not once they allocate the tables

The location is excellent and stone throw away from both Sendai Station and the morning market. The staffs are very helpful and friendly especially Yuki who has extended his help to call to locate my ipad.

I used the fitness center twice on my stay and it was a lovely room with great view to workout in. Room was nice. I enjoyed the healthy food options for breakfast.
